Refund and Cancellation Policy


This policy applies to purchases made through MaalBridge.

Digital products and templates: All sales are final. If you were charged twice or cannot access your purchase due to a technical issue on our side, we will fix it or refund the duplicate charge.

Advisory calls and sessions: You may cancel for a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations within 24 hours are not refundable. If you cancel within 24 hours, you may request one reschedule within 7 days, subject to availability. No shows are forfeited.

Packages with deliverables: If a package includes deliverables or ongoing work, refunds are available only for work not yet performed or deliverables not yet provided. Once work begins, any setup time, completed work, and delivered outputs are nonrefundable.

Subscriptions: You may cancel anytime. Cancellation stops future billing. We do not provide prorated refunds for the current billing period.

Deal outcomes: We do not offer refunds based on deal outcomes, including financing decisions, seller decisions, deal delays, or your decision not to proceed. We use a flat fee approach and prioritize the success of our clients
